Instead of asking for a puppy cut - why don't you take photos from several angles of how she is now?
If you like the look of her right now, then maybe your groomer-to-be will be able to replicate it? It would be worth taking the photos to her, and discussing them with her, then deciding between you exactly what you're looking for.
I did this, and it was a lot less hit-and-miss (the first time, she cut Harry's ears too short and he looked like an owl...
)
