Ok, the hotel is the Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista

and you know what? at check out they even charged me for the pet fee for all nights, being that Bengi got lost after the 1 night. That was like being slap in the face... so hearless... I didn't say anything, cause if they didn't care to remove it, I decided to leave like that as proof of their indiference.

I just left an not so nice remark on their FB page!
