Tibbe barks Happy Halloween back to Jada & Bogie and says he knows there could be some little door-darters tonight as Trick Or Treaters visit and hopes all are careful to watch out for excited Yorkies looking to get outside where all the fun is!!! Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!
