There are all sorts of stories on here about people asking for a puppy cut and not getting what they wanted. I think a puppy cut means different things to different people. You would be better off finding a picture of what you want done online, and showing them, or describing exactly what you want.

She looks a lot like my sisters morkie did when she was little, and her fur is a lot different than my yorkies. I'm not sure if its maltese textured, or a combination or if shes just cottony and Yumi is silky since I've never been around maltese and Yumi is my 1st yorkie, but you might look for maltese styles too pick out your favorite yorkie, and maltese cuts and ask the groomer what would work best with her fur. Yumi and my sisters dog look totally different with roughly the same cut.
