I do think the best place is on YT or on ETSY store bought stuff is hit or miss and often more expensive than those custom made to your pups size

although check places like Wallmart, Homegoods, TG Max and Marshalls, and once in a while Burlington Coat Factory, it's hit or miss but I got a great coat at Homegoods and another one at Big Lots, but it's almost like you only see that stuff when you are not looking for it.
