This is my 9 year old, 5 lb. baby. She hates bows and even trying to take this pic., she had one of the bows half out. LOL. I want to do away w/ her 'bangs'.
Why not start out with latex bands there for now as they are not as easy to get out as a big bow. Or you could use the scrunchies for kids. She is getting use to them that way and as time progresses, you can go on to bows.

Make sure they are not too tight on her also. After putting them in, pull back a little on the hair at the base of the band to release a little tension.
