If it's in your contract or agreement that each residence gets two spaces and you are ending up without one, that is definitely a problem. I would document each time this happens, bring it to the office and tell them that you will be paying your rent one day late for each future incidence. That's rediculous that you have to worry about your car being towed or possibly being mugged walking home late at night. |
