We have a regular winter here...snow, wind, all that good stuff. The temperature just dropped to upper 30's and I don't want to be out there---but I don't want that to be the reason he doesn't go outside.
My concern is, I don't want to buy pee pads his entire life and I want to be able to take him to other people's houses----I don't think people without pets want a dog using it inside.
