Thats terrible. I hope Benji is home to you soon. Im shocked they enter the rooms knowing there is a dog in them. That is terribly irresponsible of them unless dog is crated. Even at that I wouldnt want hotel staff in room with my dog without me. So sorry. Hope it all works out.
