Well, goodbye shoes! Good advice above. Block all access to your other shoes & neuter him, restrict his access to things with your strong scent on them. Probably need to watch him more closely & confine him to the crate when you can't watch him until he's over this phase of marking. Might need to refresh his housebreaking training for a month.
