Hi...I don't know if this will help but try moving any bows away from her ears....when my girls were puppies - I started out with only ONE bow...back far enough so they couldn't see it above their eyes - but forward enough that it kept the hair up....Does this make sense ? The bows near her ears may be bothering her...

Also - NOT TOO TIGHT - and not too loose....You should be able to hold the hair and wiggle it a little so there is some "give" to the bow....You know how WE feel if something is too tight on our hair ?....so just make sure it's loose enough to stay but not so tight it pulls....

edited to add...She's really cute...but they "Talk" with their ears so you don't want anything touching them
