 Lil Dude Gizmo
I was at my brothers house yesterday when I got a call on my cell from a shelter in Columbus Ohio. They told me they had Lil Dude Gizmo. I almost fell to the floor. He just went to his new Mom's house last Monday and she lives in Canton so how did he end up in a shelter in Columbus. I called my house and my Grand daughter got the Gizmo file out for me and gave me the phone number of the people who adopted him and when I called no answer so she gave me the cell number and Carole answered. I told her it was Donna and about the call I got and she started crying hystericaly. Seems she and her husband were visiting a friend and her friend opened the front door to leave and Gizmo door darted. Carole chased him but could not catch him. A woman was walking her black lab and found him and Lil Dude went right to her. The lady kept him for a few hours. dried him and fed him and then took him to the shelter. Thank God I had him microchipped or we would have never gotten him back. The funny part is that her husband was at that same shelter not ten minutes before the woman brought Gizmo in. Carole said she was in the process of making up flyers when I called her. She called me after she got him from the shelter and told me that when they opened that cage, he flew into her arms and started kissing her. I am so thankful this turned out well.
