well , i would say not to let her eat the cat food for sure.
probably just keep her on the acana since that is what she is eating but maybe for a few days feed her the rice and chicken and a tsp of plain canned pumpkin and then gradually add in the acana kibble..
hopefully she will feel better soon..

i would certainly see the vet to be sure everything is ok
