The majority of it is local. I live in a very Eastern-Asian area of California and there is a lot of stuff for the furkids in the local Japanese marketplaces and boutiques. This makes it really easy.
I have found, over the years, lots on Etsy too. It seems to come and go but I would check it out if you haven't already. eBay, also every now and then, has stuff. I have a girlfriend that has a 25 lb mix and she's OBSESSED with Kitty and we feed info to each other. I also love Hello Kitty but, alas, the only girl I have is a lizard...lol.
And then in terms of clothes, bows, etc, just find the style that you like and email/PM the creator. We have so many wonderful dressmakers here and I'm sure they would easily be able to find some Hello Kitty fabric and custom something for you.
