Please take your yorkies itching seriously and go to the vet for tests. There are so many potential causes, some not always visible to the eye including fleas, scabies, mites, allergies, illness and more. If your dog continues to itch this can result in secondary infection which can be extremely serious not to mention costly. If, after your vet has ruled out many causes, your baby is still itching, you can try pure tea tree oil on spot problems or mixed in their shampoo (let suds sit for 15 minutes and do NOT use internally nor allow the dog to lick the oil) Good luck.
