I think all Yorkie are very smart and they are very good at problem solving. There is no way I can teach her "not to release" everything at once.
As soon as they learned what's expected from them, there is no stopping them. My girl sometimes goes potty 3 to 4 times in a row just to get treats out of me. Like I said there is no stopping them once they learn the rule.
If you do not have a fence-in yard, it's a good idea to wait till 2 weeks after she gets all the shots to go potty outside. That's exactly what I did. Better safe than sorry. But I did make sure that she meets as many people as possible before she got all the shots though. Socializing cannot wait.
