Additional comment about the rescue, if you cannot keep the dog let me know I will get him from you and try to find the owner. If not able to locate the owner I will surrender it to the rescue where I volunteer - Atlanta Pet Rescue.
I feel very strongly this is someone's beloved Pet and they would want it back. Let's hope you found its owner.
