Stabbing people in malls?
It was one thing when we had the HIV needler (never caught and no not an urban myth as snopes says...) some weirdo poking people at Bay Area/Sacrament Area raves with hypodermic needles, I mean half the places were abandoned warehouses, people on drugs and dark, unsavory atmosphere...not a public mall in day light!
I guess there is something to be said about in plain sight.
