I usually wait until the last minute to put mine together. Mostly due to all the decorating I'm doing that time of year. I like to wait until most of my decorations are up.
And sometimes, I'm delayed because I can't make up my mind on which outfits to order, or which outfits they should wear... And then, I take way too many photos and spend days picking out my favorites
