If you don't get any hints/tips about where to go, Yelp.com is a great place to look! I know it's international, but am unsure of how popular it is outside of the US.
Just type in pet boutique and the city et voila.
Personally, I have a love/hate relationships with yelp, so don't take all the reviews on there with a grain of salt.
