I use the Iris Neat N Dry, and they do not soak through.
Since my little Kia is in early renal failure, I keep several in different places, and don't use the frame, and I haven't had any problem wiith urine even running off of the pad.
Recently found two packages of 100 pads in each, for $20.00 at T.J. Maxx.
But, if you don't have a T.J.Maxx or a Marshall's, you can order them from Wal*Mart, with free site-to-store shipping.
