Back in 1965-66, I remember going trick or treating with my cousin....he was dressed up like the mummy....we had wrapped him in strips of sheet and gauze....while we were out, some kids drove by and threw water balloons at him, and he almost froze to death before we could walk all the way back home! It was almost freezing that year on Halloween, so it happens! And in 1973, we had snow in Februry and April....I think that was the year....I remember it was April because my ex husband had bought me a rose bush for my birthday and we had just planted it and it snowed on it.....
