That is the saddest/sweetest things I've ever seen. She is precious and I couldn't imagine anyone being that neglectful to a sweet baby! Joey doesn't like when I brush him hut he tolerates it and its part of our nightly routine. He also gets a bath once a week with shampoo and conditioner and I try to keep the hair from his eyes but at the same time I'm trying to get it long so I end up just brushing it down. That breaks my heart. She is beautiful and hope her spirit isnt crushed.
