Hi there: Wallee is pretty close in age to your little one. He, too will be a little demanding at times, however if I know he has been walked and played with and I have something I need to do, I will put him in the kitchen. Sometimes when we have people visiting, he will just keep bringing the ball and bringing it. I have taught him not to grab at the toys he wants us to play with and will make him sit before throwing it again. I ask my friends to do the same thing. When they are grabbing, their sharp teeth can do damage. (I had to learn this the hard way). When I put him in the kitchen, he will immediately run to his little bed and flake out. I believe sometimes they are just too wound up and need to be told that it is time to settle. It's amazing how quickly they settle when you remove them from where you are. Might want to give it a try.
