I have a exercise pen set in the kitchen area that is about 3 foot by 6 foot. In that area, I have her crate, bowls, potty pad. I figured I would put the crate in there so she can get use to it. THere will usually be someone home, so she won't be left for long periods of time. Maybe a hour or 2 at the max.
Just wondering if I let her sleep in the crate in the kitchen at night, or move the crate to our bedroom at bed time?

My vote is the bedroom of course I actually let mine sleep in bed with me so I'm a little biased. From what I understand, it helps to alleviate their fears being near you especially at night. Also it will be a new and unfamiliar environment for your little one. Brandi hated being away from me a night. She has slept with me almost immediately after I was sure she was potty trained.
