well in my opinion beggin strips are not good.
if it were me i not give those anymore.
rice is not a healthy meal either.
yes, some yorkies are very picky.
i would get a high quality grain free kibble and a good can food.
probably scheduled feeding would work best in your case... Mix a couple tablespoons of can food in his kibble and feed him 2 x per day.
try to stick with the same brand of food if he eats it.
changing too many times will make his pickiness worse..

i dont know what you are feeding now or how much your little one weighs but he should eat at the very least 1/2 cup per day.
