She gained weight but we never saw puppy movement, and the vet was able to palpate but they both told me she had 2-3 weeks to go and she delivered 4 days later. I wasn't able to see or feel anything myself. I even tried to listen with a stethoscope and couldnt pick up baby's heartbeat. The vet that delivered him told us he was full term. And he had a heartbeat, although very faint, when we rushed to the vet, he just didn't make it.
If she truly has 2 weeks to go, puppies would show up on x-ray.
