She has not been bred according to your posting information for 5 yrs or so. That is a long time to go between breedings. I don't know what pre breeding tests you did. As females age, their eggs can undergo changes from the ideal norm.
But of course you will and can do an Xray in about 5 days or so, to see if there are indeed any pups in there.
If there is only one pup you might not feel anything; and btw it is important to know if there is only one pup! You need an assessment to see if she will be able to free whelp. ie; size of pup versus size of her pelvis.
