Leaving your dog while its giving birth can end up killing your dog or pups if something goes wrong and your not there to help. Yorkies where much bigger when they originated and now that they have been breed down they have to have help delivering. Wow you got really lucky this time but I would spay her because I'm not sure you can handle breeding.
