I don't understand. Why would she be having problems and absorbing her pups? How does that happen? She is about 6 1/2 years old. As much as I really want one of her pups to keep, this is it. If she is not pregnant she will be going in to get spayed. I don't want anything to happen to her and frankly am tired of the "in heat" process! Sounds like there is still hope then. I hope we can feel something in the next week.

When she had five you could feel them for a few weeks before she had them. She was huge!
