My 2 cats were both dumped. The first was dumped at a shelter, where we found him and took him home with us. The second was brutally beaten and starved and left to die Christmas Eve at a friend of ours' farm. Luckily our friend is a fellow Vet Tech and took her in and nursed her back to health. We ended up taking her home with us, since our friend already had 3 cats and no room for another. She's still skittish and runs away from things. Poor thing
I just don't understand what is wrong with people!
