this is what I posted,

Is Guinness pro Animal Cruelty???? if not then please stop rewarding someone for having the smallest dog on record. By offering someone an opportunity to own the tiniest dog on the planet you are encouraging people to breed for this. Because there are serious health complications for tiny dogs, they should not be purposely breed to be freakishly tiny. Females 4 lb and under have difficulty carrying and delivering puppies, often it leads to complications and death. So by offering a world record for smallest dog there are be people recklessly breeding just to get their name your name in your book. If you care about the well being of dogs you should take that category out.
I agree. It is a cruelty issue. They are encouraging people, who need little encouragement, to breed sick and defective dogs. That type of breeding should never be rewarded.
