I have to wonder how this little dog is being treated since the owner obviously wants to get the record. The little one's body looks too small for the head. Will she feed it properly or keep it on a diet to discourage weight gain? A tiny dog like that is not normal and at a terrible disadvantage. I hope they don't want to breed the poor thing.

I agree and I think we should start an email campaign to Guiness letting them know that some records don't need to be recorded or in their books because they are contributing to unhealthy animal breeding practices and possible deaths in dogs because of all the complications from breeding tinies.
