Could it be stress? She's been her for just 24 hours now. I will take her in if needed; but I don't want to go if its nothing either and jump the gun.

I do think a Vet visit is in order. Always when ever you bring a new puppy home it should see your own Vet in 48-72 hours. Especially since this baby is younger than your breeder say's it was.
