I'm in love with it bought the professional set for more cloths.
I have an Orek, Shark 3 of them, conair and hometics.
I recently bought the Bissell steam and sweep great concept but the handle hurts and compared to the x5 it stinks, and it's the best I've owned previously.
You cab order it cheaper at Target.com or Amazon, but it's really worth buying the professional set abd extra cloths...I run out of clean steam cloths before I'm done, its just
so effortless to use!
The only obe I could imagine being better, well Dyson hasn't made one yet.
Be careful steaming windows though...I'm the genius who almost did on a frosty morning!
