The Officer's said he has a long criminal record in other States and that he doesn't even live in the State of Ohio! (I was worried that the police report would show my home address and he to will get a copy of the report.)
I don't know where he lives at this point, but I hope the courts take this incident serious enough along with his history, to send him away for a long time!

This guy had made it quite clear to the Officer's that he had no heart,
he said he only took her to sell her to make some money!
