This is very scary i went through something similar last month with my little Maya and the vet had to give her iv fluids and gave her a pecid and also some medicine to bring home. Please take him to the vet i am really scared that he can dehydrate. This is a emergency how can your vet not accommodate you?! I pray that your little boy feels better please keep us posted.
