Default Yorkies in a nursing home environment

Macy and I were out walking this morning when a neighbor stopped us. Her MIL is in an assisted living apartment that allows pets but her MIL is failing and can't even take care of herself now. My neighbor wanted to know if I would consider taking her MIL's Yorkie because they didn't know what they were going to do with her now that the MIL is failing. She is a year old and isn't potty trained and never gets any exercise......in other words she is a WILD CHILD. I told her I would talk it over with DH and see what he thinks. He thinks Macy would get her world turned upside down if another Yorkie came to live with us.

I am thinking of telling the neighbor I would foster the little girl and see if I could at least get her paper trained. Oh yeah......she also said the MIL didn't want to give up her Yorkie.

Does this sound like a recipe for disaster for everyone involved?
