I hope your little guy will be feeling much better quickly. Sometimes when they go too long without eating, they will vomit that yellow bile. Keep him hydrated (force by syringe if he won't drink on his own), and call some other vets. If my vet told me that he couldn't fit in my sick baby, I'd find a new one.
