I agree with the above advice. I would also try using pee pads to make sure she is peeing. If you want to outdoor train just take the pad outside and set her on it. You can teach her a particular word for potting so that she learns why you have her out there. Give a small treat and take her right inside when she is done. I wouldn't take her out in cold weather though.

If she is a tiny you really do have to worry about hypoglycemia. Make sure she eats frequently. You need to have her checked out by a vet right away. The vet will probably have something like NutraCal to have at home for an emergency episode. When it happens you need to act quickly.

This little baby needs to be watched 24/7. I hope you don't have to leave her alone.
