I use frontline & the dose for a small dog is .67ml. I buy the largest size & draw up .67ml w/a needleless syringe & apply. I keep the remainder in a glass vial, away from any direct sunlight. You can get the glass vials from beauty supply stores, it's for essential oils. I would think you can do this w/advantix (any liquid). I don't always apply .67ml on my guys, since 2 of them are almost 5#'s, they only get half a dose for maintenance.
