I buy the one for medium sized dogs 10-25 lbs and divide the tube between Luna (5lbs) and Izzy (8lbs). Someone here posted about how their vet has told them how many drops to use on her crew, so she could buy the largest size. Hopefully whoever that was (I can't remember!!!) will post. It's crazy that they're all the same prices
