Floppy ears are not a sign of bad breeding...they flop for several reasons. Was the hair trimmed on the mother's ears or was it long and heavy? How about your puppy's ears, are they trimmed? That's where I would start...take off some of the weight and see if that helps. If you want them to stand you can massage them a few times a day while she's on your lap...that increases the circulation in that area and will help them stand.
