I only feed Brandy dry premium dog food. I put half a cup in her bowl in the morning and it will sit untouched until that evening when she will eat either half or all of what is in her bowl. She sometimes will eat a few pieces earlier in the day but this is rare. This has been her feeding routine since I got her when she was 8 weeks old and she is now 3. It doesn't seem like she eats very much, but it is all she needs. If this sounds like your new Yorkie, it is completely normal.
