I have the same information as the rest of you guys and confirmed with a pharmacist that compounds for vets...1 mg per pound. Using a standard concentration of 12.5 mg per 5 ml, you would give her 0.6 ml. This is only using the above concentration of childrens benadryl, not any vet preparation. This will help with the histamine response initiated by the vaccinations. Good luck.
