So very sorry for your tragic loss. I have rarely had a single dog home. (I have 5 Yorkies right now) When 18 year old Noah died in Oct. last year, we did not get another dog because Ginny Joy was still a puppy. When Zacky died we adopted a rescue the next day, that was our girl Gracie. You don't replace the Yorkie you lost, you honor the love they they taught, by adopting another.
