Love Tea Cup Yorkie?

My little baby Hollee, weighed 520gms (18.34 ounces) when I collected her at 8wks.(Breeders kitchen scale) I took her to the vet the next day for a puppy check. She was weighed on the vet's big dog scale & she registered at 550grms. (19.40 ozs) I then went onto to have hypoglycemic/worms issues with her which I have already been into on this site. She is now 12wks,eats a variety of foods very well every 3hrs and is full of energy, bounce & cheek but doesn't seem to be putting much weight on? She has definitely grown is size (length) but feels like a wisp! people who saw her three weeks before and then came this week said.. wow she has grown! Last week she weighed 650gms at the vet (22.92)..I was estataic. Yesterday I took her to the vet for a weigh on the big scale. It was confusing. In the middle where I placed her she was 650gms (22.92) as she walked off it was 600gms!! Then a lovely lady vet said lets weigh her in the guinea pig/kitten scale and it showed 720grms But different scale? So I weighed her with me holding her on our scale at home and then weighed just me..and it showed she was 6oogms! So in the 4wks I have had her she has put on 80gms?? and that is not consistently..but rather one spurt? This weight might also indicate she has lost weight but different scales. The vet yesterday said she was a tea cup? I didn't ask for a tea cup and the breeder said her mom is 2.2K (4.85lbs) and dad 1.7k (3.74lbs) so the pup she thought was taking after mom would get to 2.2k. Now I am wondering..how much should a tiny pup like her put on each week? Should I be happy with her eating pattern and energy and the fact she is growing in length or is there an issue with her weight gain? My own vet has mentioned earlier he may do liver enzyme tests if she doesn't gain? I so want her to be just normal and healthy Any advice very welcome Ax
