I am really freaking out right now. Charlie started pooping very dark runny stool... I noticed a little bit this morning and just seen more on his potty pad. There was one small clump and the rest was watery. I started googling it and now I am scared something is wrong with him. It's 11pm.. no vets are open. Is there anything I should do for now?.. How do I know what could have caused this. He's still eating and is up like him normal self, just the stool that causes concern. He hasn't vomited and seems to feel fine.

Please go easy in your responses. Honest opinions without making me freak out into a panic, please. Thanks.
