I'm sorry but using a lot of exclamation points and all caps and such comes off as yelling and I can see where it could've hurt the OPs feelings. I'm not saying criticism was being given but I can see how it came off that way. On the internet, we can't hear inflections and intent.
Now, it seems both of your feelings are hurt and I don't think either of you meant to do that.
