I also only take him places where there is no food served (because I think its rude) so hes been to the outdoor mall (where all the stores allow dogs) and the pet stores and today we went to lowes. People all looked and petted him and he was loving the attention, especially from babies  |
Sounds like her dog was not properly socialized at a young age, or had a bad experience with a stranger previously.
